Women's Health in Redcliffe

At ProHealth, we have women’s health exercise physiologists who provide structured, evidence-based support to help you stay strong, confident and active through the physical changes that occur across different stages of life. Our goal is to bridge the gap between exercise and women’s health by delivering personalised programs that support recovery, improve function and help manage common conditions through safe and targeted movement.

Our team has completed additional training in women’s health and works closely with you to develop an approach that is practical, supportive and aligned with your goals. Whether you are preparing for birth, returning to exercise post-partum, managing pelvic health concerns or navigating longer-term health conditions, we provide guidance designed to support meaningful improvements in everyday life.

Your Women’s Health experts

Our Exercise Physiologists share a strong focus on women’s health, supporting clients through every stage of life. We work with women navigating oncology, pre and post-natal changes, perimenopause and menopause, pelvic health, and the invisible illnesses that so often go under-recognised.

Our aim is to bridge the gap between exercise and women’s health, and to give you a service that helps you manage your condition through movement rather than around it. Whether you are recovering, rebuilding, or simply wanting to feel strong and capable again, our team tailors every program to your body, your goals, and the season of life you are in.

You can be confident in our team’s knowledge and experience to help you return to optimal health and reach your goals, at any age and any stage.
