What is burnout?
Burnout is defined as the final stage of a long-term stress reaction that starts with an imbalance between stress and the resources available to cope with the stress. Burnout can affect both our physical and mental health, but luckily, can be combatted with many tools…including exercise! Keep an eye out for the following symptoms to see if you may be experiencing burnout.
