ProHealth is located within Dolphins Fitness and Aquatic Centre in Redcliffe. From the car park, walk along the pathway toward the gym entrance and you will see our clinic on the right, just before the main entrance. Signage is available to help guide you.

No. ProHealth operates independently from Dolphins Fitness and Aquatic Centre, and membership is not required to attend appointments or classes with Prohealth.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. This helps us complete any assessments safely and efficiently during your session.

Yes. Our Exercise Physiologists support children through both hydrotherapy and gym-based sessions to help improve strength, movement and overall development in a fun and supportive environment.

*At this stage, paediatric Occupational Therapy services are not currently available.

If your GP prepares a Chronic Disease Management Plan, you may be eligible to receive Medicare rebates for up to five individual allied health sessions per calendar year with an Exercise Physiologist or Occupational Therapist. Your GP can advise whether this referral is appropriate for you.

No referral is required to book an appointment. However, referrals may be needed if you are accessing services through NDIS, DVA, WorkCover, Medicare or private insurance.

Yes. Many private health funds provide rebates for Exercise Physiology and some Occupational Therapy services. We recommend checking your level of cover with your insurer prior to your appointment.

Your first appointment includes a comprehensive assessment where we discuss your goals, health history and current challenges. From there, we develop a personalised plan to support your progress safely and effectively.

Yes. We support self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants and work closely with support coordinators, families and care teams to help you achieve your goals.

Please bring any relevant medical reports, referral letters (if applicable), and your private health insurance card if you plan to claim rebates.

Your practitioner completes an assessment and works with you to create an individualised program based on your goals, lifestyle and health needs. Your progress is monitored regularly to ensure safe and meaningful improvement.

Yes. We welcome family members, carers and support workers to attend when appropriate to help support your goals and progress.
