Meet Robbie Brokenshire

I grew up in Newcastle and decided to make the move up to Brisbane seven years ago to complete my studies. I have been working here in Redcliffe since 2018 and loved it that much that I decided to move here (as many of my clients predicted). I have a border collie who is very energetic and keeps me busy. I have always been quite active and played a broad range of sports growing up (will happily talk for hours about rugby league).
I was diagnosed with type one diabetes when I was 20 years old and have personally found exercise as a great tool to control my diabetes. This led me to believe that exercise is vital for overall health and well-being. I previously worked as a support worker while I was studying, I found this to be an incredibly rewarding job and believe this helped me develop a broad range of skills that have assisted me within the field of Exercise Physiology. I love to help people!
