Meet Steele Draper

I have always had a strong passion for exercise and sport. From a young age, my love of sport sparked a curiosity about how different training methods can enhance performance. This interest led me to complete a Certificate III and IV in Fitness and begin my career as a personal trainer, before going on to complete a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at the University of the Sunshine Coast.
After graduating, I spent several years working in gyms and with various sporting codes, focusing on sports performance and strength and conditioning. Having experienced a number of injuries throughout my own sporting journey—and seeing the benefits of rehabilitation firsthand—I was inspired to further my studies and complete a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (with Distinction). I became an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) in early 2022.
Since then, I’ve enjoyed working with people from all walks of life—helping them use exercise as a tool to improve health, recover from injury, and achieve their personal goals.
Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my wife and our two dogs, playing competitive cricket, or attempting an average round of golf.
