My daughter was extremely worried about attending an excercise Physiologist but leah immediately put her at ease. Her anxiety was gone and she never stopped talking! She was engaged and motivated by the session due to Leah’s excellent communication and rapport. We now have a clear plan and she’s excited about attending again.

All the staff are friendly and attentive to your needs. Jarrod considers the whole person not just the injured site in designing what exercises are provided on each visit. He is adaptable to how you feel on the day of your appointment. Great work Jarrod getting me hiking the trails again much fitter.

Awesome trainers. Friendly staff. Great facilities. As a retired Veteran I 100% recommend to any Veterans or members of the public. They can tailor the exercise packages to meet a variety of needs. Thanks to Brooke (my PT) and the whole team.

Would 100% recommend Steph at ProHealth. My son who has special needs attends once a week for exercise physiology classes and Steph is fantastic. She is kind, friendly and great at her job. James feels very comfortable with her and he is making great progress.
