NDIS registered provider

We’re a registered NDIS provider, supporting participants to build independence, confidence and the skills that matter most to them.

Our Exercise Physiologists and Occupational Therapists work together, and with you, your family and your support team, so you don’t have to bounce between providers or retell your story.

We support self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants, and aim to give new referrals a confirmed appointment within 7 days.

Working with you and your support team

Every plan is built around your goals. We work closely with participants, families, carers, support coordinators and support workers so everyone is clear on the direction and working together.

  • One team for Exercise Physiology and Occupational Therapy
  • Family, carers and support workers welcome at appointments
  • Clear, goal-focused reports written to NDIS standards
  • We respond to new enquiries within 24 hours, Monday to Friday
